      Getting Back to Being the Best

      Pros

      Software offering in the distribution market is AWESOME. Really the only game in town for serious wholesale distributors. New WEBUI version will be on the market soon. Tons of customer references that are willing to help support sales cycle by taking reference calls or hosting site visits.

      Cons

      Slow to adopt cloud version for core solutions. Sales support can be thin and may require longer than helpful lead times to conduct demonstrations. Limited product marketing. There has also been substantial turn over in senior leadership. This is causing concern among some long term customers.

      Pros

      Epicor is one of the little companies in Monterrey that is not very strict with the dress code policy. In the daily work, people is always there to help you. One thing I notice is that Epicor is almost full of very young (and good) engineers, it makes you feel as if you were in college. Their facilities are also very nice and comfortable.

      Cons

      There should be more events intended to promote the integration and collaboration with other teams/areas in the company.
