      Fast growing, global opportunities for some positions, a variety of innovative products that will help large corporations to small businesses and everyone in between

      Expanding quickly without a unified company vision, lack of communication between departments and from mangers to lower level employees

      Still Same Old Activant

      Pros

      Great employees to work with. Great Product to sell, actually the best product to sell - Easy to get Excited about the products and the potential of this Company. The capability of long employment is fantastic. I was happy to have received our 401K matching back from the company.

      Cons

      Year over year, the Job has asked more and more of me. Each year, I think it is near impossible to reach what they ask of me - But I have been blessed. The tough thing is that Every Year they ask more of us, but they make it more and more difficult to make any money. The months you do make money, you have to pay bills. Activant ...ohh I mean Epicor - Does not understand that my bills DO NOT GET PAID QUARTERLY. I have to pay bill every month. We are tied to this company because of the Economy - there is no where to go right now, but as soon as there is - I know Everyone will be looking elsewhere. Sales management always thinks we are going to hold off on selling - so they choose to not fill us in on things. We go MONTHS with NO QUOTA, and they say to sell. DO YOU THINK WE DONT WANT TO SELL? My bills get paid by me selling remember!- The biggest issue is the Econmoy - Not the ability to sell value.

      Excellent benefits. That's about it.

      Cons

      Revenue seems to be the #1 priority while it should be Customer Service. Company meetings lack true enthusiasm to motivate employees. Organization of resources severely lacking. Employment feels insecure after layoffs.
