      Company is growing rapidly and has an exciting new product which will lead to more career opportunities, including international experience.

      Cons

      Although you can learn a lot at Epicor, the balance between work and family is not where it should be in 2011. As a professional, you will work long hours and you will find it hard to go on vacation.
