Pros

Benefits, ablility to relocate to different locations Get to work for a full shifts with no breaks, not even the ones required by law. Get to work 30 minute shifts. Not even enough money to cover the costs of getting there.

Cons

30 minute shifts. Manager wants a "doctors note" for me to return to work after being sick a couple days. I would have to work over 4 hours to pay the office visit cost. Can.t transfer because the manager gave me a negative reveiw so I would not be able to transfer.

Pros

The people who work there.

Cons

When Fedex bought Kinkos, it all started to go downhill. Fedex does not understand the printing industry and just wanted a place for shipping. They kept implementing rules that were not feasible in the work environment. Low pay for skilled work, and a demanding clientele. When Fedex decided to change the name from Kinkos (synonymous with printing) to Fedex Office, it confirmed that upper management had no idea what they were doing. Customers were so confused, they had to make signs for the window saying Kinkos inside!
