They hire from outside the company more than promote.
For most of the South East region any task they ask you to do involving a computer; you would be making more money working for any other company.
The HR Reps for the region also do as little as possible to follow up on any inquiries or reports.
They are willing to short store inventories which cost you sales metrics to make their numbers look better while simultanously writing you up for not selling enough.
Willing to give away hundreds if not thousands of dollars in orders, but will write up employees for small mistakes.
