Benefits are fantastic. Environment is great. Support for people willing to work hard is top notch.

Cons

Corporate big wigs are constantly coming up with new things to put in to practice with no understanding of how it affects the team. Long process involved in getting rid of employees who don't care, most managers avoid it at all costs so lazy employees or people with garbage attitudes stay around for longer than is good.

Great pay and benefits. Fast-paced environment. Variety of job duties to stave off boredom. Flexible scheduling. Multiple advancement opportunities. Fair raises.

Cons

There are a lot of different things to learn and a lot of training. It takes about a full year to learn it all. (Not necessarily a bad thing)
