Room for advancement, benefits, friendly team members most of the time.

Cons

Not enough staff to meet all the demands of customers.. 1 person now has to do the job of 5 people. Lunch breaks are often overlooked.

I've always worked with great team members, the business is solid and growing, able to transfer as my life requires, lots of opportunities for learning, always something new to do, attentive and engaged management, sales expectations seem to match the business trend. Pay is fair, lots of advancement opportunities if you're interested.

Cons

Understaffed, FedEx Office seems more concerned with saving money by crunching payroll then making sure their customers are satisfied. The new benefits package is substandard compared to last years package.
