      Pros

      FedEx Office really cares about my development and career path. The training is the best I've had so far in my career. My goal is to be promoted within the next year.

      Cons

      I work hard and I'm very busy. There is a lot to know and lots of information to manage. Like everybody else payroll can be an issue too.

      Do not have the same Benifits as Fedex Express. Poor Staffing patterns to meet customers needs. Fedex as a whole, is a too numbers driven of a company.
