Pros
Because of well established name recognition in the service premium space, the business is stable for now.
Cons
FedEx has shifted too much control to their contractors and sub contractors and as such the quality control and accountability of how packages are delivered has greatly diminished over the years. Customer Service is beyond nightmarish.
