      None, Only thing positive is 3 weeks paid vacation.

      Cons

      Low Salary, No Job Security, Can be Fired at any time without notice. They have done that to many employees. Poor Work Lifet Balance and having to work long hours depending on workaholic managers. They hire you easily and let go of you just as easily depending on business conditions. You are better off elsewhere.
