      Pros

      Beyond a team environment, the culture at FedEx is like my extended family. Strong leadership and a management philosophy that puts employees first. Excellent healthcare benefits and college tuition reimbursement opportunities! And more importantly FedEx supports and provides employees opportunities to give back and support local communities!

      Cons

      I don't have any complaints; after 23 years I still look forward to getting up and going to work every morning!
