Very very poor management who takes decision with respect to ego HR department not upto the mark regarding recruiting less qualified and less skilled people only based on referrals ......favouritism at mid and top management level is high

Stable job. Bnefits are relatively good and are the traditional package of benefits are given opportunity for advancement in operations management.

Cons

The company has siloed its IT functions into a seperate subsidary. Your work in operations may have no bearing on IT job prospects. They are changing their pension to all 401k matching model. They are phasing out pension system.
