Pros

Management tend to be really great, supportive. Personally, my manager really tried to support my growth and really cared about me and his employees. The benefits are great, work culture was also great. They are very focused on becoming the best and ways to improve.

Cons

The actual position was terrible. If you enjoy the cubicle environment with everything timed in your day, then this is for you. You are constantly timed, so you cannot stay too long on a call or too short. You can’t go on too long bathroom breaks as that takes away time from answering calls. Customers were terrible as you are on a new call every minute and people are always yelling and complaining at you. The hourly pay is nowhere near good enough for this kind of job.
