Pros

The soul of FMIC is focused in making amazing products and delighting customers. At their core they are a manufacturing company. There are some great people here; especially those that have been here for a long time. I appreciate the fact that they are still proud of the product and their eye is on the customer's experience and not only looking at profits.

Cons

It's a big company and has the problems of most big companies. It takes forever to get an initiative through. It feels a bit siloed sometimes especially between departments. Can feel kind of cold at times.

Pros

It's a very open and modern company. The employees are friendly and communicate well across departments. The benefits are decent. Overall it is a very cool company.

Cons

The pay could be better. Some people don't understand the value of this position and the amount of hands-on experience the people in this position are required to have.
