      Pros

      Amazing brand, cool products, generally casual work environment, good employee discounts, rank & file employees are passionate & good people.

      Cons

      Completely toxic management team. With a few exceptions every VP & most Directors won't hesitate to gain advantage by pointing fingers & pushing colleagues under the bus. A few treat their people well, but most don't care & teamwork is a complete joke.

      Cool Brand, some good people there, there has been great product

      Cons

      Corporate structure needs looking at - limited progression opportunities and clearly not focussed on a balance of good company culture vs profitability. Some senior management stressed and passes that down to employees. Scrambling on inclusion as were so massively behind the curve Fender Family - doesn't really exist
