Pros

fun place with a lot of passionate people. Everyone here loves guitars, and I mean everyone.

Cons

small company in a small industry. Not a whole lot of room to grow because everyone stays for so long.

Hi there! Thank you so much for providing your thoughts and feedback. I certainly agree with you that Fender is a fun place to work; between visiting musical groups, monthly birthday celebrations, and fun holiday festivities, there always seems to be something to look forward to! Plus, the passion is palpable when you are a lifestyle brand with employees that double as consumers. To your point, we do run as a lean organization with several tenured employees. However, we see the tenure as a good thing, as we do strive to provide long-lasting and happy careers for everyone in our Fender Family. While some departments may have more growth opportunities than others, the chances are out there! But as a naturally fast-paced organization, you have to keep your eyes open; the openings tend to go quickly. Additionally, you can always talk to your local HR representative or manager if you had specific questions about your individualized career path.

Pros

In correction mode. May finally be on the road to saving the brand.

Cons

What TGP is doing to Fender now is very similar to what Fender did to KMC. Don't recall any Fender folks crying foul back then. Only difference is that KMC was on track and making steady profits (regardless of what LT disciples claim) as opposed to Fender's steadily growing debt of 2-3 hundred million. So Fender was actually long overdue for the current restructure and current employees should be grateful. They are saving the brand.
