Wonderful people. Cool products, lots of history.

Poor upper management and no recognition of the lower levels. Too many political yes-men, not enough actual passion.

DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

There’s cool people that work here in lower mgmt

Cons

They DO NOT care about their employees. People are underpaid and they write it off as having a “cool job.” There is no growth. They’ll most likely put someone younger or inexperienced over you and make your life miserable. They are consistently doing layoffs so your job is never safe. Upper management is awful and only cares about bringing home their bag of money and will screw you over while doing it. Their entire upper manager mgmt team is white males and everything they do is insanely white male centric. They hired a ton of diverse employees and then laid them all off from the marketing and AR teams. Women get no respect unless you’re a woman who hates other women at the company. Be prepared to have your work stollen by upper mgmt, a really low raise (or no raise at all), and then to be let go… again seems cool but this place is AWFUL. OH and their severance is really bad so don’t except to make a lot of money here… unless ofc your a white male in upper mgmt.

Pros

Instrument discounts (guitars, etc.), employee sales with special pricing, nice office in hollywood

Cons

C- suite in digital seemed to make unethical decisions in the daily. Working here was like high school where gossip ran amuck and managers showed clear favoritism

Pros

Overall I wouldn't give any star to this company. Typical greedy company that uses their popular old brand to flash their employees and customers. Unless people are into guitars, rock and drugs, people should stay away from working for this company. There are good people working at their manufacturing facilities but stay away from their corporate offices where all the snakes of toxic management works. Typical white and one or two just to say they have diversity. Unless you are part of their Mafia otherwise you will be benched no matter how much contribution you do.

Cons

How many bad things can one person write in a review. Let's start with saying that management prefer to grab a guitar and play while doing a review or weekly 1-1 meetings . This happens often, no matter what level they have, From CEO to low level managers. Very unprofessional. Every department have leadership issues. Company is about image for their investors not about people.
