Completely toxic management team. With a few exceptions every VP & most Directors won't hesitate to gain advantage by pointing fingers & pushing colleagues under the bus. A few treat their people well, but most don't care & teamwork is a complete joke.

Upper level does not understand the value of product design. They see design as people who create logos, bandjam posters and beautiful mock-ups. The key leader of digital product doesn’t know how to play guitars nor basic knowledge of music theory. Make design decisions without design background, only based on personal taste and $$. No one can answer the question of who are our users? No official study about the users and personas. Poor user research and Usertesting process due to lack of knowledge and support from the upper management. Key leaders doesn’t know what is the difference between UX and UI design. Doesn’t know how to use technology. Micromanagement and toxic design review process. No one dare to express their honest opinions while the The person is in the room even false decisions are being made.
