Pros

Benefits and very comfortable atmosphere.

Cons

Management shows that they do not care about you, working in the residential side of the business was very tough, no support by upper management. since I've been there they have had 3 different finance employees, 2 different vp of sales and the list goes on and on...etc never had marketing for this side of the business , they focus only on the employment side of the business. no way to advance in this shark company...
