Pros

Not much that can be listed here.

Cons

Usual problem - favoritism, unnecessary changes, heavy workload etc... Not a company that cares about their employees

Pros

Large company but always looking for ways to do it better. I feel like my voice is heard and I am allowed to participate in committees that get to change products and process. Management is new but we all feel that we are finally heard. They came from outside of the industry to it feels like they are moving the company forward in a direction that is different from other companies in background screening. More like a technology company. Most of the reviews for this company probably come from the old legacy employees that couldn't keep up with the new company. Things are new and sometimes people don't like change. This is a place to work if you like change and innovation.

Cons

Some of the legacy employees are not being moved out fast enough.

Pros

I'm a member of the Marketing team and love being a part of this company! We're a small team supporting a global enterprise, which allows everyone to take ownership of their area of expertise. Things can get hectic, but there's a lot of opportunity for personal development. Great pay and work-from-home flexibility; solid PTO.

Cons

Years of integration efforts left a bad taste in the mouths of those who lived through them. Things are definitely turning around – CEO Scott Staples is a big part of that – it's just going to take time for everyone to realize this is not the company it once was.
