Claims to be changing

Pros

Some flexibility with schedule. Decent pay

Cons

Claims to be changing for the better is only a window dressing. Micro management and misdirection from the top are still problems. Continued focus on revenue means that no position is safe unless you play the office politics. Hard to be loud and proud when you see good people being let go for no other reason than management trying to cover up their short-comings.

Pros

There is a huge focus on creative and new ideas for the marketplace. Open environment where everyone can be heard if they want to be. Feel really appreciated and glad I moved to work here.

Cons

As with any company who spent the recessional buying up their competitors it still has some internal issues to work out. However - it seems to be changing at a rapid rate to really disrupt the space.
