      Pros

      Remote work environment, clear vision, really great people, fun environment, innovative company, recognition of where gaps are

      Cons

      Being remote can make "who to go to" difficult, a lot of different systems, would love to see improvement in CRM tools, benefits (in my view) are expensive based on past history

      The new hire experience at First Advantage is so engaging and encouraging. The Talent Development team really sets the opportunity for success with interactive trainings and resources to make sure all teams and members have that they need to succeed. The people are friendly, it's not a stuck up environment, the will to grow, innovate, and dominate on the global market rushes through the veins here—it's inspiring to be around, and it's an exciting time to join First Advantage.

      This isn't a con, but there's always opportunity to growth and improvement. The team is open to ideas. So if you do have cons—speak up! Let's make FADV even better.
