      It is a decent place to work with fixed Saturday and Sunday offs, so what better to ask for!

      Cons

      The amount of incentive earned is very less for the amount of hardwork put which at the same time is not true for the Management.

      Fun loving atmosphere, yearly goodies. Nice cab facilities and other allowances. Food coupons.

      Cons

      Experienced people will not have much to do. Office in ITPL takes a lot of time to travel.
