I do not have any pro's to share about the company. Please read the con's. I was admitted in ST.Johns hospital for a week because of the company.
Cons
The Management of customer service specifically the Drug testing and the Background team is extremely unprofessional. The management is filled with incompetent workers . They put you in a 5:30pm log in shift for a month and directly change the shift to 5:30 AM which is a completely a unfavorable impact on your sleep cycle. The company follows the policy of favoritism When questioned the management Asks to leave for silly reasons. I have been a performer in the company for almost a year winning several awards however, i am going through a painful time for my relieving. They do not consider the option of buying your notice as well. The management does not provide any support for employee on the weekend however they expect us to work. This particular team also decides promotion to employees based on Gender caste and religion which are very sensitive topics to discuss as well. The washrooms are never clean. There is no A/C on the floor. There are rodents in the caffeteria and mosquito's on the floor. There is no personal aux to use restrooms. The unacceptable part is there are insects like cockroaches in your food. When asked or complained about the above mentioned , the explanation is lack of funds in the organistation. The company has not paid us the statutory bonus for 2015. We received our hike in the month of August. Yes!! the hike that was to be paid in the month of April. hike received is 4%. The employees cannot take the own transport however, the transport dept. can behave in inappropriate ways with women employees.
