Pros

The Account Management team has made many changes and NOW providing training.

Cons

If you were employed a year ago or more there wasn't any type of training provided. It was trial and error. The current VC plan sucks. Within the last 5 months it's change multiple times and it's still not definite. 56 employees were just laid off and there's proven fact that they are not finished. Financially the company is in trouble.

Pros

Learning the background screening and drug testing industry. Also getting to know the clients and creating that partnership

Cons

There is literally no training except a few online courses. You can't service your clients if you don't have the proper training and support from management when you need it. Expect a heavy workload since they do not have enough account consultants. Some of the more tenured account consultants are hourly so they get paid overtime. The new account consultants are salaried and don't get overtime but have the same workload.

Thanks for your response. As always we encourage employees to speak to their managers or HR about ways to improve. Internal conversation and collaboration will create the opportunity for positive change. Over the past year we are proud to have a formal sales training program with instructor-led classroom sessions. Our sales staff receives the most comprehensive and engaging sales training in the industry thanks to our training professionals who have over 20 years of experience equipping sales to help service our clients. We also expanded our talent development resource focus to provide additional, hands-on training to our account management staff.
