Pros

-Fellow analysts were great and fun to work with -Definitely felt like a family there until you got higher up then they were a little shady

Cons

-Management spent more time watching what we were doing than what they helping to fix the problems we were facing head on -Basically told to lie to the customers so that we didn't look like we were the ones at fault -There was no real structure at the time as they had acquired new customers and didn't have a sense of direction while I was there -The environment makes people look too tired and depressed to care some days
