Pros

Not so many! There's some Flexibility since you're remote. Big company so the name gives you the "in" to sell.

Cons

Management is unprofessional - comes from the top. Salaries are & raises are all over the place - no consistency! Has no correlation to success. They bring in new executives who think they can change things & in 18 months, it'll be the same. They need to start from scratch.they threaten their account managers if a client leaves rather than help the employee. Most negative environment I've ever seen.

Pros

Stable environment with great co workers.

Cons

Sr. Management was disconnected with line level employees. Middle management did not open an open mind as to how to run a call center. They only wanted to focus on the number of calls per employee
