Pros

Remote work opportunities. Great associates

Cons

it has been said that change is good, however, in this case not so much. It becomes very difficult for employees to excel in their current role or prepare for their next one if the process and leadership teams direction continues to change. In 7 years as an employee, I had 9 different managers, each with different initiatives and agendas for our team. In terms of career growth, it sets employees back when they must constantly sideline their own personal goals for what's best for team. Ultimately, what's best for the team is happy and productive associates.
