Pros

Some interesting people and remote work

Cons

This was by far the worst experience of my career. • Toxic management & politics: Promotions were based on favouritism, not merit. Some got 3–4 promotions in 2 years, while experienced staff were sidelined and pushed out. Some failed in certain roles, but yet were handed leadership positions, while others with relevant experience were deliberately moved away from their areas of expertise—ultimately driving them to leave. • Unrealistic commission plan: Nearly impossible to achieve, with part of the payout withheld until year-end. • Low pay & no recognition: Salaries were far below market and there was no cost-of-living incentives/ adjustments. Dedication and results achieved go unrecognised and unappreciated. • No transparency: Salary benchmarking requests are ignored. • No work-life balance: Workload iwas extremely excessive, and there was no consideration/ empathy for personal or even health-related needs. . Exclusionary, demotivating environment: The culture became non-inclusive, demoralising, and dismissive of employee contributions or wellbeing. Teams within the same department felt really detached, there was no engagement promoted by management. Collaboration from other teams was very poor, problems could not be solved efficiently and caused severe issues with clients. • No real growth opportunities: There was no clear path forward, and people were moved away from their best abilities with the goal to push them out.
