Pros

Operation Associates perform outbound calls or emails. The job is not boring and interesting because it requires problem solving and communication skills. Most supportive and responsive CMT is HSBC team.

Benefits are expensive, Senior Management doesn't understand the industry, no employee support, morale is low, new management is desperate and failing
