Pros

Work/life balance, flexibility a plus.

Cons

Strong leaders have come and gone. Leadership is not as stable. The company mission really is to acquire as many companies as possible to increase their bottom line,. Training is a joke. Good Bonuses are non-existent.

Pros

-Easy to file VLs and may have option not to come in duing public holidays (as compared to BPOs) -You may take your lunch/break anytime -Work is not that stressful (performance evaluation is only done 2x a year) -Not strict in bringing food inside production -Regularization after 6mos probation -Yearly base pay increase based on performance

Cons

-Salary not that high and no other allowance aside from Rice allowance (500php/month) -There's a quarterly performance bonus however maximum bonus amount is really low. Not enough to motivate you to work hard for 3 consecutive months -Growth is scarce (mostly lateral movement. For openings for higher position, they tend to favor friends) -Not a lot of benefits -Can be a bit boring as there's hardly any activities, company/team building -There's hardly any training (upon starting in the company and even when moving to a new role/position)

Pros

They somehow are still in business, but only b/c Symphony the private equity firm in Palo Alto, CA did such a lousy job of due diligence prior to buying them.

Cons

5 different CEO's in just over 2 years is pretty telling... Losing Customers much faster than can ever hope to win new business. They systems don't work properly; people are not paid and Finance does their best to screw people out of their earned commissions to save money. Culture is toxic -- not a positive place to work at all.
