Pros

Like most others have stated - good PTO, benefits fair, work remote, management disconnected so can get away with working only a few hours a day.

Cons

Nobody knows what's going on. Colossal disorganization as result of merging too many companies at once with no process plans. Company has outright said their goal is to grow global, so I guess that means to F over the U.S. customer base and employees, while they take their very average products and try to penetrate overseas markets wheres there's little competition. This has meant lots of lip service to U.S. based employees so impossible to know what's in store for you here. Very little growth opportunity in U.S. Do not work here unless you're going to a foreign office perhaps.

Pros

The people I work with, good benefit package.

Cons

The most stressful job I have ever had ! In a big hurry to get jobs to India, and have eliminated many USA jobs, causing a great concern to the current customers. Not being honest to customers or employees. Feel like they are just leading us on, do not want us to feel a part of the organization, or that we have something to share.
