      Pros

      Good PTO - although you'll never take it because your clients won't have any support while you're gone Work from home

      Cons

      I wish I could go into detail here, but afraid my words will no longer be anonymous after my exit interview. I can't find a new job fast enough. Wish I could just quit, but need the paycheck. There's a very small group of employees left who care and they're getting laid off. No respect for employees, no respect for women. Compensation plans not communicated to employees and lack of transparency forces me to believe they're being dishonest.

      Pros

      Remote work. Flexible hours. Relative invisibility if you just want to live your life and not have someone breathing down your neck.

      Cons

      In truth, I spent too much time at this company. Very little of what I did for my work has a practical application in most industries. The work flow was constant and mind-numbing in its redundancy. Raises stopped in 2008. New York based employees will struggle to live on this salary. The flexibility hardly makes up for it unless you want to take on a second job. Among the employees I communicated with, few were worth a damn. And some departments have the tendency to hire only within a specific ethnicity. I encountered a good deal of bias when communicating with other departments and some upper management. Beyond that, I highly recommend this company to someone who can't find something better.

      Pros

      Under transformation in an industry where nothing has changed in 30 years. Executive team is excellent and CEO has vision.

      Cons

      Organization is undergoing transformation to ensure it’s poised for growth. There are some bumps in the road when making changes.
