Pros

There are no pros for the company.

Cons

No 401k, no PTO, really low pay, and always laying off employees, no expertise, and very low morale. This is the worst run firm I have ever been associated with. Do not accept a "job" here because of the above and its not a career.

Pros

The only thing great about this company are the flexible hours.

Cons

The pay is very low and raises don't happen that often. Also, the company benefits are horrible and they do not match your 401k. Management is horrible and they like to micro-manage. This company is very cheap. The have been outsourcing to India and layingoff people here in USA.
