Pros

Before the purchase by STG, it was a great place to work. Leadership cared about the people and while they didnt always execute well it was like a small family

Cons

STG is all about bottom line. President doesnt care about the people at all, although he portrays that he does. Its all bottom line, and the people who get them there dont matter. With the two recent acquisitions, there is less and less importance placed on people. More cuts to come, anyone who is from the old FADV world needs to be worried for their job.

Pros

Great team and people. Flexible working environment. Opportunity for growth. I'm really happy with the culture at First Advantage. People are super nice, helpful and team players. The management team is open, approachable and easy to work with. Not the typical back stabbing, ego environment of Corporate America. Refreshing and lots of opportunity for growth in this company.

Cons

Integration pains with acquisitions. Under staffed.
