Pros

Summer fridays and the ability to telecommute. Understanding VP--knows his craft. OT available if willing to work the hours.

Cons

Short sighted micro-management and rampant favoritism. More time fixing non-problems than focusing on client demands.

Pros

Ability to work from home, ability to take time off as needed, benefits are comparable - not the worst I have ever had but not as good as I hear about from others. All benefits are pretty standard I think. Improved merics for bonus eligibility

Cons

corporate transparency, lack of executive communication,, no known business plan communicated, no published or known budgets for departments/department heads, no auomated metric tracking or metric goals established, extremely difficult to move up or over - departments are very seperate from each other, communication is discouraged, bonus opportunity isclose to zero. The amount possible is very little.
