Pros

Unlimited PTO Hybrid schedule Off weekends and off by 8pm on weekdays Pay is good if your in leadsership

Cons

No structure Too much information they cram into training Constant training but no raises for reps Outsource a lot of agents and hold them to impossible metrics Everyone in leadership are friends from a old company and look out for each other no matter what No diversity amongst leadership. Although you have unlimited pto you can’t afford to take any at all because the workload is so large that when you return to work you will never be able to catch up

Pros

Work from home there are no real pro's to this job.

Cons

No raises Benefits are pretty bad no respect company add's additional tasks about every 2-3 months to your job so they can fire/pay people less. Never worked at a company where it was so blatantly obvious managers do absolutely nothing also there are almost no male supervisors or managers so if you want to rise in this company be a woman. Especially since most of the managers I am aware of got their position through a friend and have no clue what they are doing.

The only advantage is a remote work

Cons

Management is very messy, all the time some useless changes. No possibility of salary rises.
