Pros

The pay is great. The start pay is $18 but if you have a little more experience than most it’s $19.25. Your productivity will get you a salary increase.

Cons

No down time until break, chat and lunch. Phones ring back to back. If you are a top worker they will have you in more than one queue, which means you’re taking more calls on top of your calls. You complain to Management about your stress and mental health, the reply will be there is nothing they can do. So if you have never worked in a call center A BUSY ONE. This company is not for you.

Pros

Supportive management who want you to grow, opportunities to try different areas of the company, being able to work from home

Cons

Not a lot of PTO, points system for attendance (6 points per missed day), wasted time in training.
