Performance measures are used to make sure we’re meeting client expectations and have sufficient people, but they shouldn’t come at the expense of treating people with respect, or understanding the individual. The job is remote. My first manager was decent. Does not take much to move up.
Cons
Micromanaging. My yearly raise was 15 cents. If you went over break a few seconds, you were expected to stay over your clock out time does exact seconds.
