Unlimited overtime, can work 40 hours in 4 days instead of the typical 5

the days drag. extremely boring. don't really expect to move anywhere in this job.

Bad place to work, they make it sound really good when in class training saying they will help you when you get placed on the floor to answer calls, thats a LIE I asked for help and they just ignored me. The team leaders are rude and stuck up. They wont allow you to go to your doctor appointments, if you do they make work all week until 7:30 to make up cuz you missed one day of a important doctor appointment. They dont care about you they jsut want you there day and night to answer their calls. Horrible place to work, Please think twice!!! Thats probably why they are always hiring.
