Cab allotments are pretty bad. Smoking zone is far.

While this arrangement can be inconvenient, it's typically intended to ensure that all employees work in a comfortable and smoke-free environment."

had regular pay rises by about 30p per hour every few months

Cons

Some of the managers had no clue what they were doing. Some were just too old - couldnt understand how to operate microsoft teams and would resort to email for 'instant messaging'
