They offer a wage and employment.

Cons

The whole company is a scam, you can work long contracts and still not be valued as an employee. If you need employment. Take the job because at the end of the day it’s employment. This is a stepping stone. Dont get stuck here. Keep moving.

Pros

Team chats can be funny sometimes but not enough to make you want to stay

Cons

Low pay, high turnover (I seen management hire someone and fire them 2 weeks later cause they needed to let people go but made an excuse about it, they do this a lot), supervisors are very weird. And stalkerish) , also company turns up the volume on calls on purpose sometimes to the point you can’t breathe. OSHA needs to investigate this company

It was good at the start you got free Sky TV, you got decent bonuses then the client Sky was taken over by Comcast from that day you had more and more work added on top without any extra pay. you where dealing with Broadband , telephone and television technical then rententions and billing, you also was finally moved to outbound sales trying to sell a dying product to customers (Satellite TV & Sky Glass) Who only got Sky Broadband so they can stream!!!

Cons

constant threats of redundancy and the fact that Comcast was allowed to run gun shot and ruin Sky with cutting it to core. they made all the staff redundant so they can use cheap labour in India and South Africa.
