Pros

I worked for firstsource solutions to be honest I wish I had given it a chance. And actually tried to stay but it’s too late now

It wasn’t that bad in hindsight I just wasn’t in a good place at the time

Pros

The workload is not hard. A Monday through Friday shift is nice. That’s it.

Cons

Underpaid. Other companies are offering a minimum of $15 meanwhile we’re being paid $13 hourly with an “incentive” to make $14 if you come to work everyday and on time. If you don’t you lose out on the incentive. Management is horrible. Too many personal relationships beyond work. Trainers are rude and do not care. You have zero support here. If you ask a question in chat you will be referred to contact the “help desk” that is always busy. Resource articles used for calls are unclear and out of date. We were supposed to get 2 weeks of OJT where you get guidance and assistance the whole step of the way, but instead we basically we shoved right to production.
