Health & wellbeing of Firstsourcers is of utmost priority and hence the shift patterns are planned and communicated in advance to employees along with a focus on giving the appropriate number of leaves and off days to all. As you rightly mentioned, we have great people working at Firstsource, and we take pride providing a good work environment that respects, rewards and supports our employees. Our shifts are organised so that you work four days a week, with three days off, which suits the majority of our people. The shift patterns are well planned in advance, however we are always happy to help if personal circumstances change and you need us to review your contracted hours.
