Truly a fulfilling experience working here in Firstsource. The organization promotes a healthy work culture that values integrity, excellence, collaboration and employee well-being. Leadership is approachable and supportive and definitely there are real opportunities for growth, learning and recognition. What I appreciate most is the positive environment and a friendly work culture – Leadership, peers and colleagues encourage each other and efforts are genuinely recognized. The work-life balance is respected and communication is transparent across all levels. Organization also focuses on equal opportunities, diversity, equity and inclusion DE&I For non stop learners and readers like myself, Firstsource also supports with variety of learning programs & materials such as AI, Automation, Index (Innovation & Digital Excellence) and so on. If you're someone who values purpose of working and got a passion for working, this is a great place to be.
