Our organization fosters a supportive and collaborative culture that values both individual contribution and teamwork. Long term employees are valued for their institutional knowledge and insights making it a place where experience truly matters. Overall Firstsource offers an enriching place to build a career where dedication is recognized, professional growth is supported and employees are encouraged to bring their best every day.

Cons

Firstsource does not have a WFM Or Hybrid option hence it is a challenge for employees commuting from long distance leaving them less energetic at the start and end of the day.

Healthy and welcoming work environment that promotes teamwork. - Opportunities for growth and skill development. - Positive workplace culture that motivates employees.

Cons

Transport facilities could be improved. Providing 24/7 transport or at least a scheduled pick-up and drop service during day and evening hours to the nearest railway station would greatly benefit employees, especially those commuting from different areas.
