Though the company is good for associate but dont join as a supervisor.. The recruiter makes false promises. I am working in Gandhinagar location.

Cons

Even after working for 9 hrs the management marks LOP if you miss to punchout which can be verified and approved by management. Even the HR policy is supporting this illegal rule. I am regreting after joining. Management is biased.. They approve if you are buttering them. I was in fever but the management marked AL instead of Sick Leave

Perfect place to grow if you have the potential. Supportive and encouraging management. Always there to support you personally, professionally. Hard work is always paid off. Monthly reward program for performance.

Cons

Nothing for me has been negative at Firstsource. Amazing co workers, Ops Management and support groups. Its a one team always.
