Fluor New Delhi is a nice organization to work with, as one gets to work on international projects and opportunity to interact with people from different cultural back ground. Also a lot of emphasis is laid on the quality of Engineering being done. It is also ensured that any Engineering deliverable is thoroughly reviewed at different levels before being issued.

Cons

As Fluor New Delhi, is not a Prime office, there are little opportunities for growth particularly once you reach the position of a Senior Engineer. At times the Work/Life balance becomes a casualty of extremely stringent project schedule.
