      Pros

      The company as a whole is challenging. Working here forces you to have to think quickly and resolve issues immediately. You are never bored. And there is always something to do.

      Cons

      As with most large scale companies the best pay and bonus structure is reserved for those who are executives or are selected as favorites. There is no reward and recognition program for those who are non management. And minorities in Corporate tend get paid less but do more work and have more experience and education and than non minorities.

      Pros

      Some good people but no support and don't even think of bucking the current regime

      Cons

      FGG - Non compliant with Government requirements, no loyalty to subcontractors, no insight of customer requirements only guessing ,no investment in tools for employees, does not regard honesty as an attribute. if you are not part of the clique, don't bother. Not interested in improving business acumen and have the wrong people in leadership / decision making positions

      Pros

      Pay is pretty good. Above market average. Nice campus and awesome coworkers who work together to handle enormous workloads while being understaffed.

      Cons

      Company current culture is profit over people. The current executives have created an environment where you are simply a number to be discarded in favor of shipping work overseas and increasing their own profits at the expense of employees and clients.
