      Opportunity to travel , do good work and make good money.

      Cons

      Management unorganized and "old school" mentality. No craft employees on the bench to go to new projects. No new projects coming on line.

      Pros

      Good company with a lot of great people.

      Cons

      Good company that doesn't promote it's great people. Lack of accountability for poor performance. Pay ratio for project workers versus project talkers (mostly executives) is gross.

      - Good salary - Large projects

      Cons

      - Lack of knowledge is stunning; the process group in general is very inexperienced. Many people with insufficient experience are on complicated assignments. If not the expertise of the OEM's and other third parties, many things will go bust and this is not moving in the right direction / improving. - Some (old) project managers in terms of dealing with diversity have an attitude that is borderline. There is often lot of arrogance all over the place and it is definitely a confrontational culture of work. Some may like it, some others not.
